This fabulous Betty Boop 'Starlet' costume would be perfect for a TV or Movie theme party. Also brilliant as a 1920s starlett or 'lounge singer'. The long dress is made from shiny stretch fabric with elastic straps ... very classy with a nice long split! Included with the costume is a stole made from natural/cream fur-look fabric lined with red satin fabric. This is an officially licensed Betty Boop costume.
